Farm Manager – Cocoa Plantation (M/F)
Report directly to the Country Manager in Nigeria and the Professional Manager in the company’s headquarters, your mission and main activities will be:

Tasks:

– Manage a 70 hectares plantation
– Plan strategies for maximum yield, organize farm administration, maintain working machinery, organizing associated businesses and managing staff.

Profile:

– Bachelor degree in agriculture, business or related discipline;
– Experience in operations and/or management of Cocoa Plantations;
– Fluent in English;
– Readiness to relocate to Nigeria
